Smoke & Felt Launches The Whip with News and Resources for Progressive Organizations
(TORONTO, ONTARIO) – Smoke & Felt is proud to announce the launch of The Whip, a new free newsletter to provide progressive campaigns, organizers, and voters with the tools and resources to organize ahead of the next election. Through The Whip, campaigners and activists will have access to a large and growing network of materials that will help them at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels.
“The Whip is an all-new way for S&F to connect with our audience as we gear up for elections at all levels of government,” said Matt Dusenbury, the Founder of Smoke & Felt. “We are taking all we’ve learned after years of working directly with a number of progressive companies, campaigns, and causes, and offering it to organizers and activists so they use these insights for their own benefit.”
Each week, a fresh issue of The Whip delivers crucial updates to progressive campaigners, organizers, and voters in three key categories:
Election news and updates
Trusted analysis
Exclusive first-look access to tools and resources
As a special bonus, new subscribers also get an instant download for S&F Academy’s BEAM Certification training program.
“The coming election cycles are an opportunity for Canada to take a left turn toward a brighter future,” said Dusenbury. “To do that will take progressive voices working together from coast to coast to coast, to say with one voice that a better way is possible. The Whip offers the means to help spread that message.”
“Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter,” he added.
